Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper implementation. Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project progress. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports on project status. Manage and maintain project resources, including equipment and materials. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

A successful Working Foreman/Superintendent should have: Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage construction teams effectively. Experience with PennDOT projects-A MUST. A solid understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. HCSS software experience is a HUGE PLUS.

Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $160,000, based on experience and role. Company-provided truck (F250/F350) for work-related use.
