The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Client Services. Applicants for the AVP position must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' of work experience. The role requires a candidate who can create success stories, provide synthesized summaries to senior leadership, and is adept at leading group meetings. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industry products and services, be able to develop customized solutions for clients, and have the ability to assess program performance and make recommendations for improvement. The AVP should be a strong communicator, both in terms of getting their point across and in providing direct, honest feedback to team members.
