Requirements: Master's degree in OT, or Doctor of OT: Required only if obtained license on or after January of 2016, or foreign equivalent. PT license. 2 years OT experience. CPR/BLS. Valid Driver's License. *Local candidates accepted as well. Rate is $62/Hour.
