About the Opportunity

The Admin Assistant position will work out of the Richland Service Center.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role involves handling mailroom duties, managing records, performing data entry, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Manage files and documentation
  • Handle phone calls and respond to emails
  • Process invoices and support basic accounting tasks
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office

Requirements: xywuqvp

  • 3–6 years of administrative or mailroom experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pass the SASS (Support and Administrative Selection System) test
  • Must be local and available to work onsite
