About the Opportunity
The Admin Assistant position will work out of the Richland Service Center.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role involves handling mailroom duties, managing records, performing data entry, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage files and documentation
- Handle phone calls and respond to emails
- Process invoices and support basic accounting tasks
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office
Requirements: xywuqvp
- 3–6 years of administrative or mailroom experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass the SASS (Support and Administrative Selection System) test
- Must be local and available to work onsite
