You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects designed by world-renowned architects and constructed by some to the industry’s leading general contractors. Requirements: Mechanically inclined Willingness to learn a skilled trade Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Responsibilities: Work with tools and materials in a fabrication shop Assemble aluminum and glass curtain wall systems Fabricate aluminum panel systems Maintain quality standards and safe work practices What we are looking for: Mechanically inclined individuals – comfortable using tools and working with your hands Individuals with past shop fabrication or field construction experience Individuals with millwork and / or cabinetry shop experience are encouraged to apply Individuals who are reliable and detail-focused Self-motivated individuals who want to learn and advance in the company Recent graduates (high school or trade school) No experience required – we will train you Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $17.27 to $35.19 Per Hour (commensurate with experience per union CBA; based on assigned classification and progression step) 100% employer sponsored health and dental insurance Pension and annuity plans Paid vacation and holidays Consistent, year-round work We are an equal opportunity employer and value a diverse workforce.
