Associate Digital Marketing Coordinator

General Summary

The Associate Digital Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to manage digital marketing budgets, optimize campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to oversee and monitor digital marketing budgets and advertising spend.
  • Support Google Ads campaigns through keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, account structuring, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain website content accuracy aligned with organizational priorities and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct SEO audits, track search performance, and analyze key performance indicators using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness, user experience, and engagement across digital and social media channels.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and healthcare marketing innovations to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, community engagement, paid social campaigns, and short-form video production.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive monthly and quarterly digital marketing performance reports.
Education

A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Experience

At least 2 years of marketing experience is necessary. Google AdWords and Analytics certifications are preferred, with a willingness to obtain these certifications within the first 30 days considered acceptable. Proven expertise in SEO optimization and digital marketing analytics tools is essential. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities.

Certification/License

Mental/Physical Requirements

The role requires strong concentration, attention to detail, and the ability to perform duties under time constraints. Extensive computer use with frequent interruptions is expected.
