We're looking for a skilled Carpenter with experience in both rough and finish work to support a range of projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role requiring technical skill, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Duties:

• Perform rough framing, trim work, and general carpentry tasks with precision
• Form walls after layout is provided
• Assist with layout and setting anchor bolts
• Assist with material takeoffs for job site needs
• Use essential carpentry tools (square, measuring tape, levels, saws, etc.) comfortably and correctly
• Measure, cut, and install wood and other materials accurately
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the crew and take direction from supervisors, foremen, and members of other trades
• Follow all safety procedures and project protocols to maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
