Local Contract Occupational Therapist – $38-52 per hour

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist for a local contract job in Wall, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide resident-centered therapy services. The OT will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve functional outcomes and support patient independence in a collaborative care environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide and direct occupational therapy services based on clinical standards Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Coordinate care with therapy staff and interdisciplinary teams Participate in scheduled resident screenings Provide updates and feedback to supervisors Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements Maintain billing documentation as required Participate in meetings, training, and facility initiatives Travel to additional locations as needed Requirements: Master’s degree in occupational therapy Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in geriatric / older adult rehabilitation Experience in SNF, LTACH, or long-term care settings Knowledge of state, federal, and accreditation guidelines Why Join: In-house therapy team (stable work environment) Collaborative and supportive team Opportunities for professional growth About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
