Details Outpatient oncology rehabilitation setting Caseload consists primarily of cancer, neurologic, and geriatric patients Average daily census of 9 patients Schedule options: 4x10 or 5x8 shifts available; day shift hours 8:00–14:30 May be required to float to other facility locations as needed No on-call required Epic EMR experience preferred 13-week contract Requirements Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required Current BLS certification required CLT (Certified Lymphedema Therapist) certification preferred but not required Lymphedema experience preferred but not required Epic EMR experience preferred Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible; proof of address required License required if applicable — pending licensure accepted (approximately 48-hour turnaround) Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply RTO is limited to a maximum of 7 days over the 13-week assignment; all time-off requests must be submitted upfront Clinicians are expected to wear their own scrubs; no required color Two professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-689691.
