Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 05/11/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Marquette, MI where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program. Current state license in good standing with the State License Board for Michigan. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. Minimum one year of experience as an RRT in an acute care hospital setting. BLS certification required. Experience providing respiratory care in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) settings or willingness to float to the NICU, as required by the client. Experience with mechanical ventilation, arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation, and cardiopulmonary monitoring preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Nights. Shift Details: Nights 1900-0700. Floating: Must be willing to float to the NICU when needed. Location Highlights Marquette offers outdoor recreation and regional amenities within the Upper Peninsula.
