Accountabilities

Manage and ensure successful delivery of 2+ Workday projects simultaneously.

Authorize and oversee project charters and governance structures.

Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to meet milestone deliverables.

Identify and resolve project issues affecting scope and timelines.

Deliver presentations to executive and project teams.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers.

Champion best practices and ensure compliance with project methodologies.

Foster client satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships.

Develop business proposals and scopes of work when needed.

Requirements

Current Workday Partner certification required.

3+ years of project management experience with Workday implementations.

Experience with consulting, either internally or externally.

Proficient with Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft systems.

Knowledgeable in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial business areas.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction.

Experience in business development and service sales preferred.

Willingness to travel up to 30% for project needs.
