Role: General Manager
Compensation: $180K OTE + benefits
Location: Madison, WI

Overview:
This role will lead the full spectrum of daily operations of the company's Madison, WI location. They specialize in roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and emergency repair services.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with operational discipline who is comfortable managing multiple teams across day-to-day objectives. This includes working with the President to meet company growth and sales goals, as well as overseeing field operations to deliver a high standard of customer experience.
The role is full time at the Madison, WI location, with occasional travel to job sites as required.
This role will be responsible for developing and leading the day to day operations, growing the business by delivering new customer projects, and championing an a top tier experience for customers. This includes protecting the company brand, preserving company culture, and aligning multiple teams to meet financial goals and drive revenue growth.
What You'll Own:
- Day to day operations of administrative, marketing, production, and implementation teams
- Financial growth and revenue goals
- Lead growth through traditional and non-traditional channels
- Build and manage a call center for setting leads and generating outbound
- Maintaining and growing customer experience
- Sales growth
- Management of receivable timelines.
- CRM implementation
- Sales teams and direct reports

Requirements
- Degree preferred, not required
- Sales or production experience preferred
- Supervisory or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead others / manage teams
- Specialty contracting / construction experience is a plus, not required
