Senior Software Engineer

Accountabilities Architect and develop core infrastructure, including algorithms and execution frameworks that power automated, cross-chain transaction workflows
Lead high-level technical decisions, conduct in-depth code reviews, and maintain strong engineering standards across the system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product strategy and ecosystem developments
Optimize system performance to ensure low-latency, high-throughput operations across decentralized networks
Design and refine economic models, incentive mechanisms, and competition frameworks to sustain network participation
Remain actively involved in coding, prototyping, and solving complex technical challenges in real time
Requirements 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in distributed systems, networking, or large-scale infrastructure
Solid understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or cryptoeconomic systems
Proficiency in TypeScript and Go (experience with Rust is a plus)
Proven experience leading or mentoring distributed engineering teams
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and organizational challenges
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership
