About the Position

A well-established, multi-doctor private dental practice located in Gambrills, MD, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced dentist to join their team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience and a demonstrated focus in endodontics, oral surgery, and implant placement. The existing doctors primarily manage general restorative and preventive dentistry and are looking for a specialist-minded associate to handle their in-house referrals for root canals, extractions, and implant cases.

Schedule:

• Part-time: Every other Wednesday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed daily rate: $900/day for the first 5 months

• Transition to commission: % of net collections (commensurate with experience)
