General Summary & Essential Job Functions

Primarily small, flat work

Some curbing work may be required

Jack hammering

Wheel barreling

Hand work with shovels and rakes

Maintaining equipment

Sweeping and clean up

With the possibility of working weekends, holidays and overtime

Preparation, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Class D license

Medical DOT card

OSHA training

MA & RI Hoisting License preferred

Must abide by all safety policies

Minimum of 2 years experience finishing concrete

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

Be able to work in extreme weather conditions & be able to work the snow season

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in extreme weather conditions

The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, works outdoors under adverse weather conditions such as hot and or humid or cold and or stormy weather

Works with hazardous materials

Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and stooping-bending up to 80lbs several hours a day

Be able to stand several hours a day
