Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telehealth Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. The Telehealth Nurse will be responsible for providing remote healthcare services to patients through video and audio consultations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for using technology to improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with patients, assessing their medical needs and providing appropriate treatment and advice.

Utilize telehealth technology to monitor patient vitals and provide follow‑up care.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our electronic health record system.

Educate patients on self‑care techniques and preventive measures.

Adhere to all HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Stay up‑to‑date with telehealth best practices and technology advancements.

Qualifications

Active nursing license in the state of Delaware.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Experience with telehealth technology and virtual consultations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.

Comfortable with using electronic health record systems.

This is a part‑time contract position, with the possibility of transitioning to full‑time in the future. The Telehealth Nurse will work remotely from their home in New Castle, DE. The schedule will be flexible, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
