The Region Manager (RM) is aremote-basedleadership role responsible for driving growth and market penetration within a specific region. Additionally, this roleis responsible forproviding both short-term operational initiatives and long-term strategic business plans for individual dealer targets within an assigned territory. The Region Manager “owns” the overall relationship with the dealership and will be involved in any unresolved dealer/customer issues from any functional area ofPTxwhich can be escalated to the RM to resolve.
Further, the Region Manager leads the extended field team (all field facing positions) that call on these dealers and will lead to coordinate the overall strategies and priorities of field team members calling on a specific dealer.Ultimately, theRegion Manager has the responsibility tooptimizethe assigned geography with allPTxdealers.

Your Impact
Responsible for dealer targets (i.e.sales, profit, market share, loyalty) within the assigned geography, and build solid relationships with the dealer through credibility and to lead dealers in a desired direction by coaching and eventual dealer buy-in. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive regional sales
Conduct regular QBRs,maintainfrequent sales updates, andfacilitateeffective communication within the distribution network to enhance forecasting accuracy and ensure a proactive and collaborative approach to promote the sales performance with the assigned geography.Assistdealers with retail customer calls to enhance dealer/manufacturer profile and credibility, Assist dealers in closing deals with end-users.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards, fostering a culture of integrity, professionalism, and excellence within the sales team. Drive sales pipeline management process with dealer sales personnel (coach, review, track, report, follow-up). Plan,facilitate, and present at meetings and field days of 10 - 100 attendees throughout the year
Plan, manage, and attend farm shows along with other marketing functions to build product and brandawareness. Reviewdealer target market opportunity metrics, provide feeds into dealer pipeline, and provide recommendations for new product development whilemonitoringand reporting on competitive activity
Develop andmaintainrelationships with top decision makers, principals, sales staff, service managers, parts, financing staff, and key customers

Your Experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Agriculture or Business studies or other degree with agricultureexperience. Adeep understanding of the ag market and its dynamics.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proventrack recordof driving sales growth and effectively managing distributor relationships within the specified region.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, specifically using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook in a current orpreviousposition. Additionally, Salesforce experience preferred.
The ability to create a trusted business relationship with assigned dealers, and act as a consultant or advisor to the dealers through developing a broad understanding of the dealer’s business to drive improvement.
Strong presentation,negotiation,and problem-solving skillsincludethe ability to handle conflict and provide issue resolution through a strategic approach.
Must be able to communicate clearly with all levels of management, employees, dealers, and end-users, and be highlyarticulatedwithstrong communicationskills.Working for an agricultural company, or experience working on a farm (Preferred)
