Master Scheduler

As a Master Scheduler you will be responsible for the scheduling of production to meet customer and plant financial needs. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the ideal candidate must have experience planning and coordinating production activities and customer demand for the Viant Upland site.
What You'll Do:
- Build and schedule production based on labor capacity for make-to-stock and make-to-order products.
- Coordinate all finished goods and sub-assemblies through production, track jobs to provide release dates of finished goods for customer service.
- Work directly with Operations to ensure readiness and release of product and to communicate the status of critical issues.
- Maintain ERP system: Planning data, Bill of Material data and general system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and identify issues with ERP.
- Provide reports and analyses including on time vs. late deliveries, weekly tracking reports and inventory positions.
- Continuous improvement of Supply Chain practices so supports the Viant Upland site and meet the company goals and metrics.
- Follow all reporting and documentation as required by established policies, practices and procedures.
- Assist with other Supply Chain related duties as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 3-5+ years planning experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all factions of the organization: sales, finance, quality, and engineering.
- Deadline driven professional with excellent internal and external customer service skills
- ERP experience required (IQMS is a plus)
- Lots of drive with an "eager to learn" attitude.
- Knowledge and background in the Medical Device industry preferred

We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $85k-$94k. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
