Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy services in a Level 3 NICU environment. Operate neonatal oscillating and Draeger ventilators proficiently. Float between Bridgeport Hospital and Milford Campuses to meet staffing needs. Prepare and administer inhalation therapies and aerosol medications. Assist in neonatal high-risk deliveries and manage airway support. Educate and orient new hires or students as required. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience, including Level 1 Trauma exposure. Strong NICU experience with neonatal ventilator proficiency. Hold valid BLS, CT License, and CRT or RRT certification. Experience with EPIC charting systems is preferred. Must have travel experience and be adaptable to multiple facilities. Flexible to work every other weekend and holidays as required.
