The therapist will assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Must-Have Skills: ✔ Active Illinois Respiratory Therapist License ✔ RRT Certification (required) ✔ BLS Certification ✔ NRP (preferred/required per facility) ✔ Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures and equipment Experience Required: ✔ Minimum 1 year Respiratory Therapy experience required ✔ Hospital/acute care experience preferred Key Responsibilities: • Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions • Administer oxygen therapy and ventilator support • Monitor patient response and adjust care plans • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff • Educate patients and families on respiratory care • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID 296057.
