Bartender
Each bartender's primary objective is to show our guests such an exceptional dining experience they will want to return again and again.
Skills and Abilities:
- Deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times
- Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Highly proficient in product, food and beverage knowledge
- Make recommendations and suggestive sell items you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment
Attributes:
- Must maintain excellent customer service skills
- Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings
- Promote and participate in a strong team effort
- Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees
Education/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid California Food Handler Certification
- Minimum 3 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
