Bartender

Each bartender's primary objective is to show our guests such an exceptional dining experience they will want to return again and again.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times
  • Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant
  • Highly proficient in product, food and beverage knowledge
  • Make recommendations and suggestive sell items you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Attributes:

  • Must maintain excellent customer service skills
  • Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings
  • Promote and participate in a strong team effort
  • Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees

Education/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid California Food Handler Certification
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
