Position Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all commercial functions including sales, marketing, SDR, account management, and partnerships
  • Drive new business development and expand relationships with hospital systems
  • Build and scale a high-performing, data-driven commercial organization
  • Partner with finance on pricing, forecasting, and revenue operations
  • Develop and manage channel and strategic partnerships
  • Engage directly with C-suite healthcare stakeholders
Experience & Skills

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in healthcare services sales (not purely SaaS)
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare commercial leadership
  • Proven experience selling into hospitals or health systems
  • Experience building and leading sales and commercial teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • BS in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
