Remote Account Executive / Healthcare Talent Specialist
MLR is seeking a commission‑driven remote Account Executive to connect healthcare talent with top organizations. The role involves sourcing candidates, initiating outreach, coordinating meetings, and supporting the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Sourcing healthcare candidates using our platform and personal network
Contacting prospective candidates to present opportunities and gauge interest
Scheduling and coordinating meetings between candidates and recruiters for evaluations
Following up on leads to maintain engagement throughout the hiring process
Maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system
Earning commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your leads
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, self‑driven approach to daily activities
Strong outreach and relationship‑building abilities
Prior recruiting experience not required; must be organized and resourceful
Compensation & Benefits
