Laredo Animal Clinic is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a Multi-Doctor team!
New grads welcome • Up to 25 days PTO • High base and production About Us:

AVMA Accredited full-service small animal GP offering surgeries,
diagnostics, in-house testing, walk-in urgent care/ER, and more in a well-equipped facility. Our experienced
team provides consistent patient flow and hours, with mentorship available for
new grads and those looking to enhance their skills.
Job Summary:
In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, the
Associate Veterinarian is an invaluable member of the hospital team who works
directly with a Managing Doctor and supports the medical staff. This individual
advances the quality of medicine in the practice and provides exceptional
client service to our clients and patients.
Job Responsibilities:
Build rapport with clients by listening to their
concerns.
Perform high-quality examinations and procedures
while minimizing patient stress.
Communicate with clients about pet diagnosis,
treatment plans, and health care.
Maintain accurate medical and surgical records
and logs.
Stay updated on new veterinary information and
practices.
Assist in developing the paraprofessional team
for quality care and service.
Promote a positive image of the hospital to the
community.
Skills and Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA
accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program
or the PAVE certification program
DVM Licensure in good standing to practice in Texas
Commitment to practicing the highest standard of
medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics
