This is ideal for a PT who wants independence, flexibility, and meaningful 1:1 patient care without the pressure of a clinic setting. What You’ll Do: Provide in-home physical therapy services based on physician-directed Plans of Care Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans Deliver 1:1, hands-on therapy to improve mobility and function Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and therapy techniques Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Collaborate with physicians and care teams What We’re Looking For: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in New York Experience in home health, outpatient, or rehab settings Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently in a homecare environment Ideal for a PT looking to move out of high-volume clinics into flexible, patient-focused care Interested in hearing more?
