Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy for both NICU and adult patient populations. Manage and operate various respiratory therapy devices and ventilators. Administer respiratory medications effectively and safely. Interpret and act on arterial blood gas results. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Float to different units as needed, ensuring coverage across NICU and adult areas. Qualifications Valid WA respiratory therapist license required. Minimum two years of experience in NICU and adult respiratory care. ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT certifications required. Ability to manage high volumes of ventilated patients. Proficiency with EPIC charting system. Experience with Draeger and Servo I ventilators preferred.
