Lead Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Lead Receptionist to join our team! This vital role serves as the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring smooth front desk operations and exceptional customer support. As the Lead Receptionist, you will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage multi-line phone systems, and lead a team of reception staff to deliver outstanding service. Duties
  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Supervise and support reception staff, providing training on phone etiquette, customer service, and administrative procedures.
  • Oversee front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming correspondence.
  • Assist with creating schedule
  • Maintain excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience required (automotive preferred)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
