Columbia Safety & Supply is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate to play a key role in supporting our global distribution network. This part-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that values initiative, continuous improvement, and operational precision.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the accurate picking, assembling, labeling, and shipping of outgoing orders to meet client deadlines
  • Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments with efficiency and care
  • Support warehouse organization to maximize productivity and maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Proactively assist with team operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Perform other tasks as needed to ensure smooth and successful daily operations
What You Bring
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership over your work
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods (bending, twisting, walking, etc.)
  • A team-first mindset with excellent communication skills Eagerness to learn, grow, and advance within a scaling company
