Customer Care Representative- Receptionist

Employment Type: Contract to Perm Job Category: Office Job Number: 56149750 Pay Rate: $14.00 / hour Temp to hire opportunity Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm $14/hr

Duties include:

  • Warmly greet and welcome: Be the friendly face that welcomes every customer who walks through our doors.
  • Phone proficiency: Answer incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Customer navigation: Escort customers to the Sales, Service, Parts, or Finance departments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
  • Service & sales reminders: Proactively send text message reminders for scheduled services, upcoming sales events, and VIP consultations.
  • Customer communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, promptly addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Administrative support: Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere: Contribute to a welcoming and engaging environment for both customers and staff.
  • Data entry: Enter customer information into our database.
