The Master Craftsman should have project management experience and the leadership skills needed to execute complex jobs and provide direction to other team members. The AHS Master Craftsman is the best Craftsman (master of the trade) our company has to offer to our clients. He has certifications in Lead Safe, WEDI, Onyx, etc. and other products. He has been consistent over time in craftsmanship and executing at a 5 Star level. He has demonstrated ability as a competent craftsman and lead man. He is able to Diagnose, Assess, and Direct other craftsmen over the phone without being on the jobsite.

Job Duties:

• Meets the criteria of an AHS lead man plus other key attributes as described above.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry
• Install windows, doors, and floors
• Lead Remodeling projects
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Basic plumbing and electrical

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience
• Own truck or van and tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades
