Responsibilities

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for carrying out a variety of supportive tasks that ensure the efficient operation of numerous business functions. This role focuses on maintaining and managing customer databases, providing superior assistance with customer relations, and supporting general office needs. The Administrative Coordinator will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills while demonstrating the company's values and operating philosophy.

Accountabilities:

  1. Maintain internal sales and marketing databases including fulton.com and associated CRM/Market/Territory related software.
  2. Assist with marketing requests associated with merchandise including maintaining inventory levels pertaining to Fulton's web-based Steam Outlet along with other company-branded items.
  3. Coordinate and plan actions associated with hospitality events including customer visits, training, and internal meetings.
  4. Provide Sales and Marketing support, by managing web-based access, etc. Share leads received from fulton.com with local Representatives and Regional Sales Managers. Manage and maintain inventory for Fulton's Steam Outlet promotional site and internal promotional items.
  5. Assist with internal team requests as needed.

Qualifications (Education, Certifications and Required Experience):

  1. Minimum high school diploma or GED.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional business environment.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with ability to learn new software programs.
  4. Reliable, self-starter with strong organizational skills, and extreme attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Repetitive Motion: Substantial movement/motion of the wrists, hands and fingers.
  2. Sitting: The body is supported by buttocks and back and employee needs to remain seated for extended periods of time.
  3. Light Work – occasional exertion of 20 pounds or less. Moderate walking, standing and sitting.
