What You'll Need: 5+ years in a maintenance role Exceptional electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Repair and maintenance skills Experience in machine modification and rebuild Basic understanding of PLCs Forklift Operator experience High school diploma or GED (bonus points for trade/tech school). Hands-on chops in maintenance, repair, or industrial/warehouse work. Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills—blueprints and schematics don't scare you. Extra credit if you know HVAC, plumbing, welding, or can handle a CMMS system. Grit to lift 50 lbs., stay on your feet, and tackle tough conditions head-on.
