💰 Pay: $23.00 to $25.00
Position Summary

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Diagnose and repair system issues efficiently and accurately
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Test systems for proper functionality and compliance
• Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal codes
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding services and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of HVAC experience (preferred but adjustable based on needs)
• Previous Experience with residential and/or commercial systems
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• EPA Certification (Universal or Type II)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces

Preferred:

• HVAC certification from a technical/trade school
• NATE certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
