- Upselling & Product Knowledge: Suggest menu items or promotions to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
- Handling Guest Concerns: Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
