Production Operator - Pusher & Press Room

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Operator to support both our Production Assembly (Pushers) area and our Press Room operations. This flex role will work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in the Press Room and Saturday and Sunday with the Pushers, helping maintain smooth production flow across both areas. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production Assembly - Pushers

Assemble ceramic disc orders according to work orders and specifications.

• Load ceramic discs onto plates and stack them onto larger kiln plates.
• Stage, load, and unload kiln plates safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistent production flow for two kilns:
  • One kiln requiring loading approximately every 15 minutes
  • One kiln requiring loading approximately every 2 hours
• Keep orders separated and accurately assembled to prevent mixing or errors.
• Work safely in a high-temperature environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

Press Room Operations

• Operate and monitor up to 5 press machines simultaneously after training.
• Check weight and thickness of ceramic discs every five minutes to ensure accuracy.
• Make adjustments to weight and thickness as needed.
• Load powder into hoppers as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow standard operating processes.
• Support additional production tasks as business needs require.

Pay Rate : 17.00
