Our client, a leading distribution and warehouse management organization, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an essential part of the logistics and operations department supporting the efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Forklift Operator

Location: Lawrence, MA

Pay Range: $20 an hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers to move materials between receiving, production, and shipping areas.
• Pick, pack, and load customer orders while preparing items for shipment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, scan items, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct daily inspections of machinery and ensure a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
• Receive, store, and distribute materials and products efficiently and accurately.

What's Needed?

• At least 2+ years of experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification and/or experience is required.
• Ability to lift, twist, and carry 50 lbs and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to read and comprehend shipping documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
