We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator for our fast-paced healthcare facility. With your exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating schedules, coordinating between different departments, and ensuring that all staff members are aware of their schedules and any changes that may occur. This position requires 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Job Details
Responsibilities As a Permanent Scheduling Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining schedules for all healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient scheduling and optimal use of resources.
- Updating schedules in a timely manner to reflect changes, such as staff absences, shift changes, or additional shifts.
- Communicating schedule changes to all relevant staff and departments promptly and clearly.
- Collaborating with management to identify and address scheduling issues, such as conflicts or shortages.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all schedules and changes.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of scheduling policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participating in regular meetings with management and staff to discuss scheduling needs and issues.
Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Permanent Scheduling Coordinator position will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant computer applications.
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- A strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique scheduling challenges it presents.
- The ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently.
- A commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
