Truss Assembler

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Truss Assemblers for a construction manufacturing facility in St. Joseph, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll build roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels used in residential and commercial construction projects. Assemble roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels according to specifications

Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and tape measure measurements

Use hand and power tools to build structural components

Maintain quality, safety, and production standards

Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Enjoy hands-on, physical work and building products

Ability to read or willingness to learn blueprints and tape measure measurements

Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Reliable transportation to St. Joseph, MN

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
