What You'll Do
- Execute residential HVAC installations with precision, following company standards
- Lead and mentor installation helpers to ensure high standards and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert advice and addressing questions
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Ensure company tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained
- Serve as a key contact for customers, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout each job
- Collaborate with your team to meet project timelines and quality expectations
- Measure ductwork accurately and handle related installation tasks
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification (NATE certification a plus)
- Must pass a background check and random drug tests
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
