The Recording Clerk will be responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Supporting real estate transactions by providing administrative and support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or title team.
- Preparing, reviewing, and handling recordable documents in accordance with state and county requirements.
- Completing and submitting required state/county forms for recording and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Knowledge of recordable documents.
- Knowledge/experience with an electronic recording platform.
- Knowledge of state/county recording requirements and guidelines.
- Ability to prepare and complete state/county forms needed for recording.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum education: High School Graduate.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- Title company and/or mortgage experience.
- College or Trade School Graduate.
Pay Rate Range: $20.27 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
