Two dedicated professionals are needed to deliver on-site speech and language services within a supportive school environment. Position Highlights:

• Full-time schedule: 35 hours per week (7 hours per day)
• Assignments likely supporting one school site (final details to be confirmed)
• Duration runs ASAP through late May 2026
• Start dates flexible to accommodate credentialing timelines
• Two distinct assignments:
  • One SLPA will support a virtual SLP on-site, serving as a speech facilitator for students
  • The second SLPA will manage a traditional caseload, providing direct speech and language services

Qualifications:

• Current Florida Department of Health SLPA license required
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with both in-person and remote team members
• Completion of school district-level fingerprinting required (previous prints through AHCA Clearinghouse may be valid; verification process applies)
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills

Duties:

• Assist in delivering speech and language interventions tailored to elementary-age students
• Implement treatment plans and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with educational staff to support student needs
• Adapt materials and activities under guidance from supervising SLP
• Maintain compliance with all district and state regulations
