Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift | $17.50/hr + OT | Plainfield, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for our client located in Plainfield, IN. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours and overtime opportunities!

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday, OT as needed)
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour + Overtime

Job Purpose:
Perform accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of products to meet company standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

Essential Duties:

• Pick, receive, and store products accurately and efficiently.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage-free condition.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely while loading and unloading freight.
• Perform labeling, sorting, and repacking as needed.
• Conduct inventory counts with accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with pallet and cargo preparation for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety policies.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production and shipping demands.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/bend throughout the shift.
• Forklift experience a plus.
