Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer orders into Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a timely manner.
  • Verify order details and ensure data accuracy to prevent errors.
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to generate reports and communicate order status.
  • Monitor order processing workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
