Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential
Pay: $17/hour + Shift Differentials + $600 Sign-on Bonus
Location: Bellefonte, PA or Howard, PA
Schedule: Part-Time, Evenings & Weekends

Schedule & Pay

• Starting pay: $17/hour
• Additional $1/hour shift differentials available (differentials can stack!)
• Up to $600 sign-on/stay-on bonus
• Weekend & evening shifts available
• Opportunities to pick up additional shifts
• Full-time positions also available

Required Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• TB test and physical
• Able to lift 50 pounds & assist with physical supports such as lifting, bending, standing, etc.

Preferred (not required):

• Experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism (IDD/A)
• Experience in direct care, caregiving, behavioral health, or healthcare

What You'll Do

• Provide direct support in residential homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including cooking, hygiene, and routines
• Support individuals in building independence & life skills
• Provide community-based support, including transportation to activities and appointments
• Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment
• Build meaningful relationships while making a difference every day
