A wonderful career opportunity is available for an Accounts Receivable Cash Applications Assistant near South Arlington, TX. client as Direct Hire (Perm) job. This is NOT Collections, its payment posting!

We have partnered with one of our BEST clients to locate a top-notch candidate that has a combination of AR experience to include payment posting, research and resolution. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced department. Responsibilities:

• Post payments, ACH and Checks

• Create and send invoices

• Post Debits and credits as needed

• Research and resolve discrepancies

• Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing and sales to evaluate client accounts

• Responsible to reconcile customer accounts

Qualifications:

• One plus years of AR payment posting or cash applications in a corporate or banking environment

• Excellent balancing and reconciliations skills

• Fast and Accurate 10 key and data entry

• Team-player attitude
