Mobile HVAC Technician
Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Washington Township, Ohio
Contract: Contract to hire - After 3 months
Shift: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Vehicle: Provided by the company.
What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and monitor repairs for mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
- Travel between various facilities to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are maintained.
- Maintain responsibility for facility services, inventory control, and contracted maintenance oversight.
- Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to optimize HVAC system performance.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Valid driver's license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
