Join Our Team as a Commercial Insurance Assistant!

O'Neill Insurance, a culture-driven insurance agency in Wadsworth, Ohio, is looking for a detail-driven, upbeat, and self-motivated professional to join our growing Commercial Lines team as a Commercial Insurance Assistant. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Commercial Account Managers to help deliver a best-in-class client experience by providing exceptional administrative support and producing accurate, timely work.

No prior insurance experience is required—we'll teach you what you need to know. We also offer a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule for added flexibility. This position offers a clear path for professional growth, including potential advancement into an Account Manager role.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and organize insurance forms, documents, and other essential materials
  • Keep client records up-to-date and accurate using our Agency Management System
  • Serve as a key point of contact, communicating with clients and insurance carriers to provide information and resolve questions
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries, claims, and other service needs
  • Partner with Commercial Account Managers to support client retention and contribute to new business growth
