Job Description

Coordinate international operations workflows and timelines among internal teams and external service providers; maintain complete and audit-ready international transaction records and required operational documentation in accordance with internal compliance procedures; track key operating measures such as cycle time, exception rates, on-time milestones, and cost variances and prepare recurring reports for management; maintain standard operating procedures and issue-tracking logs; coordinate corrective actions to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency; maintain accurate order and operations records in systems.

Bachelor’s degree in International Business or International Relations plus 1 year of experience in job offered or as Administrative Coordinator.

Annual Salary $79,248.
