Schedule and Time Off 12 days on the road / 2 days at home

Load Details • 100% no-touch freight • 50–60% drop & hook • 40–50% live unload

No Mandatory Dispatches to NYC Drivers are not required to enter New York or its five boroughs.

Operational Area Cargoes move through the 48 states with most routes east of I-35.

Suggested dispatch system that recommends loads based on: availability of cargo, driver location, safety, and potential earnings.

Mileage Average: ~2,000 miles per week Best drivers: 2,300 – 3,000+ miles per week Average trip length: ~400 miles

Pay and Additional Compensation Pay per layover: $12.50 per hour after the second hour (or more if required by law) Pay per layover/breakdown: $100 per day (or more if required by law)

Performance Bonus Earn up to 3 additional cents per mile (CPM) Based on safety, mileage, and productivity Bonus starts the first day of the month after being hired

The top 20% of OTR drivers at the JAX terminal earn $1,500+ per week

Trainer Program (Optional – Increase Your Earnings) Drivers with 1 year of OTR experience can participate in the program:

• $250 extra per week while you have a student in your truck • Up to $1,000 bonus when the student graduates • Possibility to earn up to $20,000 extra per year

Requires 30 days of safe driving with the company to be eligible.
