The HR Generalist – Recruiting Focus will support a pharmaceutical manufacturing site undergoing rapid growth. This role is primarily responsible for high-volume recruiting execution, partnering closely with hiring managers, external recruiting vendors, and HR leadership to ensure positions are filled quickly, compliantly, and with high-quality talent. This role is hands-on and requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
